  18. Hold down both mousebuttons at boot-time to access the boot-menu.

  20. Is the HD listed in the disk-device menu ? Is it bootable ?

  22. If not, he will need to make it bootable with a HD-config program.

  24. HDTools or GVP's Faaast/Expert-prep springs to mind.
